DUATHLON TRAINING - WHENUAPAI (40/60/25)

This week we are back at Whenuapai School as we continue to prepare for the National Duathlon Championships. Here are the details

 

  • The session is designed for all abilities, with varying distance options.

  • 7.45am, meeting at Whenuapai School

  • 8.00am start

  • 40run, 60 bike, 25 run (mins)

 

This is the second block in the lead up to the National Duathlon Champs in August.

 

Focus is still on improving strength endurance, So there will be some effort involved - but of course - you can handle that jandal:-)
