Winter Training Camp Two

This will be the second of our winter training weekends and we are once again offering a bit of everything. A swim bike run session that will be social, fun and challenging. As a club we always aim to train together whatever speed and ability. So we have 2 lanes for the swim that will accommodate all abilities, we have a bike course with a bit more for the faster riders and bit less for others then an awesome scenic run. This means no-one gets left behind or frustrated.

COST = $10 payable when we meet at the Pool before going in.

SCHEDULE:

6.45 Meet at the pools ready to swim - briefing
7.00 In the water for a 90 minute swim session (bring your toys if you have them)
8.00 Out of the water, showers and into cycle kit, meet in the car park for the start of the ride
8.25 Roll out on to the bike course.
10.00 Bikes away and transition to run
10.15 Start run
11.15 Finish run, stretch and debrief
11.30 Lunch at Frolic Cafe (653 Manukau Road)

The run takes us to the amazing Cornwall Park. While there is a course laid out here, there are plenty of options that you can choose from - self seeded groups based on km rate.
